Be our guest! This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps 12 and is the perfect stay for your Clarksville visit. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it’s fully furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, off-street parking, onsite laundry, spacious bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, and pet-friendly (with a fee) and located 3 miles from groceries and dining, 6 miles from downtown, and 12 miles from Fort Campbell. The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, our split-level home offers you the option to head up or downstairs. Upstairs you will find an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. In the living room, you will find a beautiful (decorative only!) fireplace and is the space is furnished with a comfy couch, arm chair with ottoman, and a large SmartTV. Enjoy quality time with family and friends while prepping meals in the beautiful kitchen! It is stocked with all essential cookware, dinnerware, and major appliances! Seated dining options include a large farm table and dining stools at the kitchen island. Down the hall, are three of the four bedrooms. The master is at the end of the hall, it features a king bed, a futon, and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower. The additional two bedrooms on the upper level are both fitted with queen beds. The second full bathroom is accessed in the hallway, it has a shower tub combination. Head downstairs to enjoy an additional living room, bedroom, and full bathroom. Whether you just want to hangout and relax or if you are needing a quiet spot to get some work done, this is the space! A futon, chair, SmartTV, and desk makeup the lower living room. The fourth and final bedroom has 2 full size beds. Don’t forget about our outdoor space! Enjoy the fully covered deck just off the kitchen/dining area and large patio on the ground level! Outdoor furniture, a grill, and a fire pit are all provided for guests to enjoy! Kids and pets will love the fully fenced back yard!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

This is located in a residential neighborhood not far from shopping and dining options.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
