When I arrived they said they did not have a reservation for me. The woman at the front desk said had it happened to a number of people. I had to scramble to find a room at a poorer quality motel at a much higher rate due to the lack of lodging because of the solar eclipse.
Very comfortable and clean. Good Breakfast. Good amenity in the room. Close to the highway, so slight noise in our room.
The remote for the TV did not work. Eventhough advertised, there was no breakfast. The front counter did have a limited selection of pre-packaged rolls & muffins. Nothing available for a diabetic.
The only thing that was disappointing was that we were told there was a continental breakfast offered, but there was nothing there at 7:30am when we went down.
Motel is close to I24. Our room was on the back side so we didn't hear much noise. Lobby was very busy and loud. People laying on the furniture and drinking. One elevator. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. There is a reason why this motel is cheaper than the others. It's older and was remolded a while ago. The pictures make it look new. It's well used but ok for overnight. Don't know why it's rated "excellent"? Its ok.

The location was great as it was just off the interstate and we were traveling. Just what we needed for the night.

The staff was excellent! They were so courteous! The hotel was beautiful, complimentary brealfast was great! Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything neat and tidy. The only downfall was that the toilet paper holder was broke in my room. I would definetly stay here again!
The location was kind of far from where we needed to be (our faukt mainly) Breakfast was good. They need two elevators-wait time was long for a building with only four floors.
beds are on the soft (hammock) side and uncomfortable for my liking. some issues with new construction. Door would not lock on one room and some window damage that made it difficult to shut window.
Our bathroom was a disaster. Faucet not secure. Toilet had shims to keep it from moving around. The breakfast was typical and nothing we could feel good about eating. We checked out our room before we accepted it and pointed out that we did not want to be across from the pool and that we would like a room on the other end of the property. The response was that the pool is closed so we didn't need to worry about that and there were no other rooms available. The rate was incredibly high for the quality and the fact that there were only four or five guest rooms occupied each night. I won't stay there again.
