The hotel is very nice and great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. After day two, I had to go to the front desk for towels and sundries but, the staff took car of my needs. Breakfast was good, although the dining room is a bit small. Room rate was great but, all the city fees added up.

Awesome clean location! Only thing lacking was the breakfast but a large snow storm had just come through so maybe they were a little short on supplies. Would still stay here again in a heartbeat!
Nice property. Check-in was a little slow and the breakfast was lacking some items like bagels, pastries, or bread, but overall it was good.

The staff is wonderful. They were efficient, friendly, helpful, and greeted me with a big smile even at a late hour. I should say, I only paid $56 for the room so I didn’t have high expectations. The room I was given had clearly been used as a smoking room and even though my reservation was for non-smoking there was a longer stench of stale smoke that was pungent and unmistakable. The bathtub had a pretty good sized hole inside that had been crudely and clearly unprofessionally patched. I had to do my best to avoid it while showering because the patch was very corse and even sharp. I got in late and was hoping to sleep in. Unfortunately housekeeping came by knocking on my door starting 3 hours before check out and every hour until I left. I didn’t see a “do not disturb” sign to stick on my door. Maybe I missed it, but I told her the first tome I was still there and sleeping and that didn’t stop her from coming back two more times or checking with the front desk to see if I had checked out before returning to pound on my door again.
Affordable worth your money luxury stay. The staff were a little nut's lots of confusion that week or training newbies. I already had reservations she found me but didn't use my orbitz. She end up registrating me for a room and got locked out my room for couple hours cuz they can't find me in the system. Despite all the chaos I'm just they figured it out and work with me and orbitz to take care of it. My favorite walk thru closet great for 4 + stay.
We went for an overnight stay for my birthday and a romantic getaway. Hotel is close to Beachaven winery and several shops and Wal-mart is next door if you forgot anything. Has a nice outdoor hot tub and indoor pool. The room we stayed in had a King bed, kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove top and coffee maker. Small sitting area with a spacious closet. Staff was very nice and even had someone playing guitar and singing in the lobby.
Bed sheets had someone else's hair on them and the bathroom walls were dirty. The breakfast had little variety. Orbitz charged me $86 a night but the front desk said I should have been charged $78.
