Courtyard by Marriott Clarksville

Good place to stop when traveling on I-24. Competitive rates. Breakfast is not complimentary. Waffle House seems to be only nearby breakfast alternative other than fast food. Rooms were clean. Some of rooms have been recently renovated. Our room was nice and somewhat above average for a Courtyard. Will stay there again. Quiet location.

Upon arriving at the Courtyard by Marriott in Clarksville, TN, I was greeted as an old family member. I had only stayed there one time prior, so the greeting was welcomed. TAMMY is perhaps the best example of your brand that could be representing your company, especially upon arrival. I noticed that I was not the only one greeted warmly. Each resident was happily addressed and warmly received. My room was beyond spacious, strikingly clean, and very up-to-date. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or staying awhile in Clarksville, TN.

The hotel is very nice. Check in was seamless. We notified them that we would be arriving after 10pm and requested the top floor away from the elevator. This was not problem. The lobby area is nicely decorated and comfortable. The room was clean. The only problem was the bed. It was as hard as a rock. I could not sleep because I could feel the springs through the mattress. If you want a good nights sleep choose another hotel in the area. Otherwise it is a nice hotel.

Our family of 5 stopped here on our way home from Florida to regroup and drive some more the next day. We booked our room easily and was the perfect pit stop from our long drive. Located near several restaurants and right off the interstate. They offered a hot breakfast, which we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and the executive king room with a sofa sleepier was spacious. We felt safe here and would recommend it!

We arrived by car exhausted. We were given a handicapped room, which was fine, but... The bathroom was horrible since there was no light. I'm visually impaired and good light is extremely important to me. I have no idea how someone in a wheelchair could use the mirror and the poorly lit room. We asked that maintenance put in a new bulb, but the fixture was broken. I wasn't able to put on makeup in the morning. We decided to eat in the restaurant. Unfortunately they were having problems with the cooler so there wasn't much available. My Cobb salad was fine and husbands meal was good. Our server was excellent. Breakfast wasn't so great. The scrambled eggs were so dry I couldn't eat them. I don't think we will stay there again.

Stayed a quick night while traveling north. Very nice & clean. No one at the front desk when we arrived & also when we checked out. Seems that is a bit of a security risk. Waited about 5 minutes when we arrived for the front desk guy to return. Both packets of coffee in the room were decaf so we had to go down & pay $5 for 2 Starbucks coffees. It was better than the room coffee would've been anyway but just hate to spend $5 for 2 plain coffees. Ample restaurant choices nearby. Shopping too.

The Courtyard in Clarksville is almost done with renovations. We were upgraded to a king suite on the top floor. It was quiet, bed comfortable and extremely spacious. The staff was friendly. It was close to the interstate with several options for dinner.

I usually stay at courtyards when I travel for work. This was a long trip(2 weeks) and I would not recommend this place for longer than a night or two. First when I checked in a requested one additional night at the same rate, which they agreed to and when I checked my rates online they had all changed and increased for my overall stay. The laundry room is dirty. I definitely didn't want to be there for too long. On the weekend I got back to my room at about 2:30 pm and they knocked on my door at 3pm for room service. I don't understand why it was so late. On Sunday the housekeeping staff was relaxing in the room next door to me watching something on there phones, after that I understood what took so long. On Tuesday there were renovations on all the rooms around mine after 8pm. Doors were slamming closed ever few mins and there was constant scrapping on the walls for a few hours

From the 3 rooms I had to try to get a room that was halfway decent to the extremely dirty carpet, dirty light fixtures and poorly made beds (with the comforter that should be covered and wasn't) my skin just crawled. Gym had one treadmill that didn't work. I will report this facility to Marriott. It is not what Marriott is supposed to be.

I stayed here with my mother who was in a wheelchair and my sister as a stopover to break up a long drive. Everyone was very friendly and service oriented. The property is wide open and clean. I only have two minor issues: 1) I appreciated the upgrade due to my Marriott status but it smelled smoky and 2) a few of their menu items on an already limited menu were not available. There are many restaurants close by so I understand not overstocking on their food items.
