We were not td that the pool was under renovation until we checked in.
Nothing really impressed my about this hotel. There were several things that I did dislike. Lack of adequate towels, no breakfast or dining service, rooms are very minimal for a hotel with the word 'Suites' in it's name. It's more a overpriced motel. Access is awful, it's like driving into an industrial area. One party in our group had to go to another hotel because this location had overbooked it's rooms. If I could have cancelled without penalty I would have walked.
The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason I give them a neutral rating was the other guests. The ones in the room above me had kids that were yelling and bouncing on beds until at least 1AM and then I was awakened at 5:45AM by the same noise. To be fair, it was the 4th of July weekend. It could very well be that other times of the year are calmer.
Good place to stay, over all. Restaurants within walking distance
The hotel itself was very clean throughout. The staff was very friendly and always greeted me when I came in it went out. Upon my first arrival, around dinner time, they were setting up a table of fried chicken and lemonade in the lobby for all of the guests. I would definitely stay there again if I found myself back in Clarksville.
Location was ideal for my needs. Was traveling with a small dog and the staff was very accepting of her. Clean and quiet.
Great location near I-65. Minutes away from multiple restaurants. Very quick check-in by very friendly staff. Serve a good variety of complimentary snack foods from 5pm - 6pm. Room laid out very well. Good value compared to other chains within half-mile.
Great Hotel, great location to shopping and dining. Staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The price was great for a Friday Night on Thanksgiving Weekend. Would definately stay again and would recommend this hotel....
reasonably priced stay for clean quality facility with indoor pool. Nice kitchen set up allowed dinner to be cooked on a budget.
Convenient to road we were traveling on. Easy on and off interstate and close to ironman tlocation.
Stayed 6 nights on business. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! This was our first time at a Candlewood but not our last.
Appears to be a new hotel - one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I travel with children and this was one of the few hotels in the area with an indoor pool. The small snack area was epecially helpful when we arrived. Staff was helpful with our questions and requests. Stayed during a weekday so the place was nice and quiet. Will stay here next time I am traveling.
