Staff was nice, pool area was pretty, room was big, location was good. There was a cute kitten living in the hotel and I loved that. The room wasn’t clean though. Sheets were stained and there was a huge wad of long hair in the shower. The wifi pretty much never worked.

Beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing view. Staff were great and customer service was excellent. The restaurant is very convenient and the food was outstanding. Definitely recommend it.

El hotel está muy bonito. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas. El servicio del portero es excelente. La limpieza de la habitación fue muy mala. Se encontraron cabellos en la ducha y basura detrás de los Buros. Se reportó a recepción sólo corrigieron el tema de la ducha nunca barrieron detrás de los buros donde había basura y polvo de hace semanas.

Great hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff and well kept. The restaurant is great but is only open for breakfast and lunch and closes around 4pm. I would recommend this place, there are many things to do specially night life is vibrant and alive.

Comfortable and convenient

Fabulous location just steps away from the malecón that runs most of the length of the beach. Very friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen could have been a little cleaner as there were coffee grinds under a few items but with soap and a sponge that was easy to clean up. But bathroom, bedroom and kitchen and small living area were kept clean daily. Very comfortable medium firm bed with a fluffy duvet which was heaven. Parking all round property was safe and convenient. Restaurant had good coffee but we didn’t eat as slightly high priced. Only small cons were pool was too cold to swim most days and internet was not good. They did provide an extender which helped but the network fails often. Quiet location except some sound of music from bars on weekend nights.

Real estuvimos una mala experiencia, las instalaciones no contaban con agua caliente y el servicio del desayuno incluido un día no lo pudimos recibir pues estaba cerrado el restaurante. Y las toallas del hotel estaban ya un poco rotas y deterioradadas.
