The moment I walked into this place it was a funky odor. After walking in the bedroom entrance it smelled like football team left their sweat laundry. Not only could I not get the host otp Nina was completely ignoring that fact that the unit was not clean and told me to change the linen my self. I literally sat in the car for 2 1/2 hours getting hung up on by cs repeated cause they couldn’t get in contact with the host. CS asked me “is it really that bad?” Someone’s bodily fluids? Are you serious? Kitchen was not cleaned out. This area is literally in zombie land. My family literally begged me not to go to the shell gas station across the street from this place due to a shooting the previous week.. Arriving around 10pm there is nothing but groups on guys standing on the corners literally more than 10 across the street from the shell and about 7 surrounding the 5/3 atm at shell; not to mention the zombies and homeless bombarding you soon as you get out you vehicle. I was told by Nina that’s the meaning of URBAN.. There is literally a sign that asks the guest to help maintain the building by ensuring the doors are secured. sounds like Nina knows this area isn’t safe.
