This ground floor apartment with 1x private carpark is a great base for exploring Christchurch. With 2-bedrooms - offering a King bed in 1 bedroom and x1 King Single bed in the 2nd bedroom - Comfortably sleeping 3 Guests, but with the flexibility to have a 4th/5th Guest with the Sofa bed located in the living area. Please note Sofa bed linen is an additional cost.
Open plan Kitchen, Living and dining area opening out to the courtyard via the ranch slider to enjoy the courtyard in the afternoons.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city apartment. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The apartment is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
