The staff was helpful, the room was very nice & it was a good location. My only complaint: they advertised as having airport shuttle services & really it was just a phone number you had to book yourself (& it didn’t work out for us).

What a great property. The owners were so nice. The rooms were clean and well stocked. We use the laundry facility, which was very nice. It is walkable to downtown and to the gardens, which was great. Several wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well. Really would recommend this property.

Family owned by a very nice couple that are on site. The room was very modern and not the normal hotel room layout. It was very clean all around. They had a booklet in the room that offered discounts at some of the surrounding food spots. We used 2 free drink cards from that at RR down the street. Parking is right out front of the rooms. The location is very central and walking distance to a small mall. There are several eateries offering mostly Asian eats but some of everything else too. The hot tub jacuzzi in the bathroom was nice to have. We would highly recommend this place to stay. Nicest so far on our NZ trip.
