Situated directly across from Latimer Square, it is the ideal home for urban-focused travellers offering instant access to the best of Christchurch city.



This property features three spacious double bedrooms along with three full bathrooms. The living and dining areas are on the first floor, with the second floor hosting two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). One of the upper bedrooms conveniently has two king single beds, perfect for the kids. The ground floor offers the internal access garage as well as the third bedroom and bathroom.

This was one of the finest properties I’ve ever stayed at. The accommodations included everything you needed. It was in a great central location. The host were extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any question. I highly recommend this place. Plenty of room comfortable beds lots of light good garage and just overall a pleasant experience.
