DO NOT STAY! WE HAD TO TAKE A LOSS ON OUR RESERVATION AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS DUE TO THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF THIS PROPERY AND BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL FOR A FAMILY OF 6 PEOPLE!!! THE PROPERTY DID NOT PROVIDE A REFUND. I.E. POOL ACCESS MEANT THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO TRAVEL TO ANOTHER HOTEL (MILES AWAY), YOU CAN USE THE POOL IF YOU DINE THERE!!! WE CALLED TRAVELOCITY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CONDITIONS OF THE HOTEL. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT ABLE TO REACH THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND ASKED IF I HAD THEIR NUMBER. THE NUMBER PROVIDED TO TRAVELOCITY AND ON THE RESERVATION WAS NOT CORRECT! IMAGINE ARRIVING IN ANOTHER COUNTRY WITH YOUR FAMILY OF 6 AND HAVING TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL DURING THE SONGKRAN NEW YEAR AND HAVING TO SPEND ADDITIONAL MONEY THAT WAS NOT PLANNED FOR! THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE MUST HAVE BEEN TAKEN 20 YEARS AGO! THE PROPERTY IS EXTREMELY OLD AND UNKEPT. THE BATHROOM WERE STAINED AND KITCHEN WERE DISGUSTING WITH A STAINED/RUSTED POT. THE ENTRANCE DOOR TO THE PROPERTY LOOKED LIKE IT CAN FALL OFF THE HINGES. THERE IS A HOLE ON THE DOOR THAT IS FILLED WITH SOME SORT OF NAPKIN/TISSUE. WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT TRAVELOCITY AND THIS PROPERTY FOR NOT OFFERING ANY KIND OF INCENTIVE FOR OUR LOSS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A DECENT PLACE TO STAY ON YOUR FAMILY HOLIDAY.
