Great place to stay. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It is in a quiet area; only three dollar taxi ride from downtown. If you're looking for an inexpensive, clean and comfortable hotel Fiesta Inn provides all that. It is not luxurious but provides all the comfort you would need in a hotel.
Location is OK. Rooms are a bit old but clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, with barbacoa and an omelette station. The thing I did not like, which is happening more and more with hotels in Mexico, is that every single TV channel was dubbed. I really hate that you cannot hear TV shows or movies in the original language, and get even more frustrated because I know that cable companies do have SAP.
My wife and I were en route to the Copper Canyon train and needed a hotel for the night before. This hotel was convenient and the best option I found based on proximity to the train station. The gentleman at the front desk was very good and attentive to our needs. He understood customer service. (Sadly, I can't recall his name.) The room was in good shape and pleasant. We received much more than the price indicated which is rare and refreshing!
Everything was good, including the room and amenities, restaurant, and front desk staff. The room was clean, nicely furnished and quiet. The food served in the dining area was good, especially the breakfast buffet. Staff was always courteous and willing to provide extra service.
The best staff I have ever met, hotel requires renovation, but everything else is great! Food was ecellent, room service fast and accurate, clean, restaurant food quality was awesome. Overall a great value. Can't wait to see the renewed rooms!
You can tell this was an old hotel bought by Fiesta Inn, ammenities are Ok, it's not that close to attractions so you will have to get a taxi to get anywhere. If you feel like visiting the malls you are better getting other options. If you are a Fiesta Rewards member, this is it.
I usually stay in this chain of hotels in business trips, but this particular one is below standard compared to other FIESTA Inn in the Country. The attention is good, and personnel are kind and try to be efficient.
Just for practical visits to Chihuahua. It is located between city's old and city's new. If you travel at car is very practical. If you don't travel by car you could travel using taxi service. Gym's installation is small but it is not a justify for don't do some exercise. The breakfast is good and it is available since 6 am.
This unit seems to be way behind of the other Fiesta Inn's hotels. It is clean, comfortable and is barely enough to say it is a business class hotel, but nothing more. The room service is a little low in quality if it is compared to another hotels of the brand where I had stayed before, but still acceptable. The price was OK for a weekend in town. The service personnel is always kind and in the will to help.
