Clean & Convenient

It was nice, the room was very clean & conveniently located to all our activities. We did have to wait 20 minutes to check in. The one staff member was “coding rooms”. Elevator was not working one afternoon so we had to use the stairs.

The staff was super. The breakfast was good. But the facility is in need of updating. The hot tub was non-working permanently. The pool wasn't heated. The carpet was old and stained. The worst was the disposable glasses were not sealed in plastic. They had been rewrapped in plastic wrap. The shower curtain wasn't very clean either.

It wasn’t very good. I had a room full of kids and they were looking forward to going swimming but the pool and hot tub was out of order. Their we’re beer bottle caps on the floor in our room. The breakfast didn’t have any chocolate milk.

Half way decent stay

Check in was great service. I didn’t appreciate when check out is at NOON a wake up call at 9 am by staff asking if we’re staying in the room. Kids banging fits shut & someone’s dog barking were annoying.

Whenever we travel to Chickasha for family visits, we have found the Holiday Inn to be consistently friendly, clean, efficient, and a wonderful breakfast. Having tried the others along the same street, this is our favorite.
