The front desk manager was friendly and helpful during check-in. The breakfast manager was also very nice and helpful in the morning. We were only there 1 night but staff was nice and the facilities & room were very clean. Great Halloween decorations. You can tell the hotel is run well.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Was offered to switch rooms but was told by staff all beds were the same. Asked to cancel further stay and was eventually told no by the Hotel. Not happy and won’t get caught like that again. Nor will I use there brand again…

Upon check in by a very lovely lady, I was advised there were no coffee pots in the rooms per a new Best Western policy. I stated "If I had known that, I would not be staying here"....the checkin lady was very accomodating and sought out a coffee pot and pods that I could take to my room. The staff was very lovely and very professional. The property is showing wear and tear unfortunately. Options are not great in Chickasha and I hope the property gets updated before my next stay. If Best Western has decided that a huge coffee maker in the lobby in more efficient than in room coffee service, someone is seriously nuts. I am not staying at a hotel and paying $150+ a night to stand in line for 30 minutes waiting for everyone to figure out how to use the coffee maker that "everyone loves"...bullcrap...

We booked the biggest room last minute and did not regret it! It slept 6 people very well. 2 queens and a pull out with room to spare for moving around. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. Breakfast served both hot and cold every morning. From the road to the room was clean. You can tell the staff take pride in their work because anything we needed they were happy to help, never a bother. If I did have to complain about something the one of the queen beds was slightly lumpy. It also could have been just not our cup of tea kind of mattress. The location was perfect for us because we don’t like to be right in the middle of town by also like to be close enough for last minute errands or food. So this place was perfect. My son and son in-law utilized the gym. They said it was clean and used it just about every night. We did not use the pool. Mainly because we just don’t use public pools. But it did look clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely put it in our maps of places to stay.
