Good stay in a quiet and calm atmosphere. Generally clean, but the cabinets were dusty inside. The hotel has great potential but feels a bit dated; a minor renovation would make a huge difference. The biggest problem of the hotel is far away from Tokyo.

This hotel is very inconvenient. No bus. Uber didn’t come to here and no buses and front desk had to call for us for the taxi. We are 4 adults and they provided 2 twin size bed and one bunce bed.

場所がよく分からなかった！駐車場もです。 外国の方が受付で意思疎通が難しいと思い、質問はしなかったです。 連泊をしたかったのですが、1泊予定で予約したため、2泊目は値段が高いことで、連泊は諦めました！ 部屋は綺麗でとても寝心地が良かったです。 また娘と寄りたいとはおもわれます。 駐車料金500円を、0円にしてくれたらありがたいです。

「西千葉駅まで徒歩14分」は誇大です。駅からの方が下り坂なので早いが、それでも健脚の私が20分近くかかった。個人的にはモーニングコールを設定出来ないのがすごく不便だった。 エアコンの設置場所が悪く、喉を傷めました。wifiが繋がらなくて困った。従業員によると、数か月前にもあったとのこと。 あと、施設への不満ではないが、ググると営業時間が午後11時までとか10時半までとか出てきます。チェックインは翌朝4時まで可能らしいので、誤った情報は訂正した方が良いでしょう。

立地は京成・西登戸駅から徒歩で10分ちょっと。国道14号(千葉街道)沿いに在るので電車利用よりは車利用でZozoマリンやディズニー旅行に便利な立地。 2階建で部屋数は余り多くないが会議室等も併設。昔は会社の研修所だった所を改装した様な雰囲気のビジネスホテル。部屋は清掃はきっちりされており、リブマックス系列の特徴の電子レンジ・冷蔵庫も部屋に完備されているので、長期滞在する場合に冷凍食品やお弁当等も部屋で調理出来、外食に頼らなくても良いので財布にも優しい。コインランドリーもホテルに有り。 チェックアウト後はスーツケース等を一切預かってくれないのは、少し不便。 周辺徒歩5分圏内にスーパーマーケット、コンビニ、マクドナルド、サイゼリヤ等も有り

部屋に入った時、最初に臭いが気になりました。 生臭さとカビ系の感じでしたが快適に過ごせる感じではなかったです。 部屋自体の臭いなのかエアコンの臭いなのかわかりませんでしたが近くのドラッグストアで芳香剤を2個買って泣く泣く凌いだ次第です。 あと、浴室の排水が良くなくシャワーを浴びてて浴槽に水が溜まって来てしまい清潔感に欠けると思いました。 申し訳ないですが再訪はありません。

禁煙室でしたが、ホテル全体がタバコの匂いがしました。また、禁煙室なのになぜかカーテンがタバコの火で穴が空いたようなものが3箇所ありました。 暖房の設定をかなり上げないと寒かったです。 どこか駅の方に行きたい場合は暗くて怖い歩道橋を渡るしかなかったのか、1人では通りたくない感じでした。 友達と、安いし一泊だし、と割り切りました。なので総評は普通にしました。

フロントのスタッフさんはとっても丁寧な対応をしてくださりました！ 駐車場が１日停めるのに500円かかるのと 浴室のカビ.換気扇の埃.スリッパの衛生面がとても気になりました。スリッパは使い捨てが良かったです。 夏休みの土日の宿泊となり2人で2万円ほどしたのでもう少し客室に気を使ってほしいとおもいました。 お世話になりました。
