Very nice, new hotel in Chiang Mai old city. Great location near SP chicken, Sunday night walking street market, etc. Staff was outstanding - kind, remembered what we liked, and very helpful! Rooms were very comfortable, despite oddly designed bathroom (with toilet in the glass-walled shower stall), but very nice amenities otherwise. Highly recommended!
Everything you want in a hotel, great room, spectacular bathroom (love the bath, very big), nice view, great staff. The only issues were: (1) preschool next door - if you are not early to rise, that might be an issue - (2) the construction - loud construction next door throughout the day and into the night, may be completed sometime though
