Mike the assistant manager was horrid and started off our stay on the wrong foot. I cannot say anything good about him or our check-in. The rooms were not completely clean, hair on the floor - not mine, and dirty glasses to drink out of. The hotel was fine; breakfast was nothing to brag about. The area is nice and felt safe.

Hotel.com fail

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, clean and modern. Staff was excellent. But Hotel.com did not follow through with the reservation as I had booked and when I arrived at the hotel I had no reservation, I was fortunate that they still had an available room.

The beds were uncomfortable, heating and cooling was off and on so the room would get hot then to cold. The tv reception was awful, shows would cut out or freeze.
