Easy check-in, room is comfortable, easy access to interstate. Staff was kind, cookies and popcorn in the evening was an unexpected and nice touch.
Close to freeways and the college. Clean and convenient property.
Dirty carpets. Mold in the shower. Broken chair. 46.00 dollars for tax and other fees? Kept my 100.00 dollar deposited for 3 days after checkout. Unfriendly

The staff were friendly and played with my pup, and they gave me good insights on plaves to walk him while i was there. Room was great, breakfast was COVID appropriate, overall a great experience

Michael, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am absolutely shocked that you had this experience during your stay in Cheyenne. The negative status of the room cleanliness and upkeep of the furniture in the rooms is very out of the ordinary for our property. I am also very weary reading about the 46.00 in taxes and added fees. Since it was booked through a 3rd party, I am concerned that's where the added fees were added. I do sincerely apologize for the financial aspect of your stay and the room condition. I will definitely touch base with management regarding these issues and we hope you will give us another chance to show you a much better experience here in Cheyenne.
