If you are looking for the Ritz, this ain't it. What you will have is a great location, at a great price, peace and tranquility. Spend your day in the lagoon, right off their deck, maybe some Kayaking. Very friendly staff. Will come again!

Kayaks and life vests were under repair so not available for use. Rooms are very simple - our bed had hair all over it so had to have manager replace sheets - polyester sheets. No A/C - suffered worst hot night in bed - did not sleep.

ada corazón, do not stay there!

Room was filthy in very bad shape. Mirror dirty, stinky loose and dirty, faucet was a rusted tube, no hot water, one night stand broke and one pulled out off the wall, cheap towels, the lagoon area was very dirty. Not a good place. We stayed at a lot wonderful hotel the next day, casa Maria, for less than casa corazón and the view was magnificent, room excellent w/tv.

Bacalar casa corazon

Not flexible at all. Do not accept cancellation even if you give notice 24 hrs before. Small beds. Dirt on sheets. Shower with no pressure and shower carpet really disgusting. No potable water in the room. They charged us more money to change room (we did prefer 2 beds instead of one (our mistake at the moment of the reservation) and did berrely accept to give us back the extra for the 2nd night that we did want to cancel. We did not like our experience in this place.

The worst experience of my life and I actually started a process with Expedia Leto get my money back. It was a rat hole, dirty, no water for toilets or drink. The beds were on cement, no air conditioning, the worst service ever. Horrible experience

Good location, terrible hotel

The hotel has a great location, however it was really expensive for the conditions that it offers. The bed was really hard, the bathroom had a horrible smell, the shower terrible.
