Staff were lovely. Traffic was awful. Noise was terrible. Smell from a factory or something was awful. Main bed was very comfy. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Shower was below average.

We couldn't have asked for a better welcome from the staff. They were lovely. Changing things around for us due to our own circumstances, so friendly with the kids and overall really happy people. We were unsure when services breakfast and food where available , as this was not explained. Glasses in room were lacking and the foyer was very pungent of dog smell . Possibly from the vacuum ? Not being a fog fan it was very noticeable . Dangerous shelf height in room causing several knocks to head . I would stay here again but at a lower cost .
