Brilliant location just off the motorway, warm welcome from the receptionist. Lovely big, clean room. The beds were very comfortable. Services next to the hotel had everything we needed at reasonable prices. We will definitely stay there again.

We were central for our trip to Liverpool and Chester. So much to visit in area, we ran out of time. We will have another trip soon.

Stayed here as other hotels were full and we were going to Chester races. Arrived early afternoon and got the key to the room where we dropped the bags and went straight out to Chester by taxi (£18 one way). returned to the hotel around 9.30pm and went to bed as we had an early start the next day for a meeting. Got up early Sunday morning and switched on the TV which only gave BBC1 and BBC2, with the other channels flicking in and out so of no use. Gave up on the TV and switched it off and went for a shower so we could leave for our onward journey refreshed. However, the shower was extremely hot (burning hot) and the temp adjustment on the side would not cool it down. Result - no shower for me or the wife so had to go to our meeting feeling very uncomfortable. I don't ask much of a hotel, but a working shower is a vital part of the stay. The hotel is on a motorway service station, quiet and next to the usual services such as Mcdonalds and a petrol station etc. There is no restaurant or bar inside the hotel as you can get vouchers from reception for a breakfast over the road in the services. Needless to say, we didn't use this and just left quickly. Would i recommend this hotel to anyone - No! This was my first stay in this chain and it will be my last.

We just checked out from our stay this Morning and from the moment we arrived until departing this little hotel, was simply perfect for us. We visited family nearby and needed a simple, reasonably priced, well located Hotel for my family and I. We arrived last night around 8pm to the most loveliest lady, dark hair and glasses - she was so warm, attentive, patient and welcoming. We were handed a lovely bag of water bottles and a yummy large bar of chocolate once we completed registration! what a treat!! We then went to our room (Room 2) and was again very pleasantly surprised, a fantastically spacious double room, with a side twin room for our boys. Spotlessly clean, warm, low lighting for arrival at night - it was absolutely perfect. This will be our new regular hotel every 10 weeks, that we will now stay in whilst visiting our family. Thank you Days Inn!! we can’t wait to come back soon. The Hemmings

Booked for a break point to North Wales! Great value for money! As good as any in the price band and I would definitely stay again as a stop off! Big thumbs up! Choice of venue for breakfast at the services! Clean and friendly service

I was greeted by a gentleman called James who was very friendly and attentive. My room was on the first floor at the end. There were plenty of towels and there were tea and coffee making facilities. I'd booked a twin room (I was a solo traveller) as it was the only one left, however both beds were very uncomfortable - one was very hard and the other was really soft - almost like being on a waterbed. The room was clean other than the net blind which had a dead insect in it. The room needed updating as the decor was very tired. The bathroom was a good size. The hotel doesn't have a separate area where guests can park but the car park is huge so I wouldn't envisage any problems there. The hotel is also dog friendly - there was a water bowl and dog treats in reception. There are plenty of food options in the main service building. I found it quiet - it is near some factories, pylons etc so it isn't in the least bit picturesque! I do feel £85 was steep but the races were on. It's in a good location off the motorway junction and there's a drive through Costa and a McDonalds, WHSmiths in the main building.

This hotel is a motorway hotel situated within a service area. I found it to be extremely quiet. The room was clean and functional. The bathroom had enough clean towels. The gentleman on reception when I arrived about midnight was pleasant and helpful. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. If you've stayed in a Days Inn anywhere in the world then this hotel is typical of what you would find.

Lovely stay and very quiet for being at the service station, mattress a little hard, room was clean and very big

Booked on the morning of arrival with no problems. Very easy to find off the motorway with services at your fingertips. Costa, Spar, McDonalds. Quick check in was good. This is a pet friendly hotel and you should be aware that if after your shower you walk on the carpets with wet feet you WILL end up covered in pet hairs!!! Vile!!! Apart from that one gripe the hotel was quiet, a little too warm but comfortable.

Excellent overnight stop for our journey. The only disappointment was the very hard budget quality mattress with audible springs which left sore backs in the morning.
