Room was great. Staff would not let us check in at 2:30 even though the hotel looked empty and the staff person was sitting at a table eating (i.e. not busy at all) when we arrived. I understand that is the policy but it would’ve been nice if she could’ve just checked to see if our room was ready. Pool area was freezing and hot tub was broken. The room itself was fine though.

It was a very good stay. It’s noisy due to the road noise (lots of trucks hitting their jake brake) The was a bad smell outside the property…like a sewer backup or something.

Good breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Guest should be verbally told about, cleaning only if requested the night before. Bringing towels and removing trash should be done automatically and shouldn't require a request. I'm a guest, not an employee. I assumed these types of things would occur as a normal function given the price and being a hotel. Also, saw lots of stink bugs in 3rd floor hallway and stairwell.

This hotel was clean everything worked the way it was supposed to the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. This was the best hotel that we stayed at on our recent trip. We stayed at three different hotels, and this was by far the best. If I was ever in the area, I would definitely stay there again.
