We registered for two guests but they only gave us 1 key card when we arrived. We were too tired from our flight to request an additional card. there were also only one set of toiletries in the room when there was the two of us. The marble in the bathroom was not clean. It was stained and the shower was already wet when we first arrived at the room. The room was also a lot smaller than we expected. The images on the Expedia booking page are not reflective of the room. The images are only of the upgraded suite room. The standard size room is actually a lot smaller, to the point where both sides of the bed cannot accommodate a night stand. There was only a nightstand on one side of the bed. The weighing scale was also broken. Wifi was not working for hours and casting on the TV didn't work either. The TV showed some JavaScript error message. We eventually paid more for the larger size room the next few days of our stay. While the room was bigger, there was a large water mark stain on the walls of the room and it was leaving white residue on the floor. The in room dining menu on the QR code was also not accurate. It had many options listed, but when we called hotel to place order, they said they only had two options available and not the 20 or so that they listed on the QR code website. We ended up feeling like there was a lot of false advertisement from the establishment

I recently stayed at Welcomhotels by ITC, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a reputed brand. The cleanliness standards were very disappointing. I noticed a cockroach in the breakfast area, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. To make matters worse, I found hair in the food served, which raised further concerns about hygiene. The bathroom was also poorly maintained and had a persistent stinky odor, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Overall, I would rate the property around 2–3 stars at best. The hotel has potential, but unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance, it’s hard to recommend.

The hotel was nearly renovated, and so the facilities were clean and excellent. The service was excellent, but the quality of food could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would come again.
