Good stay experience for the price

Location is convenient and is in the heart of the city. Lots of modern shopping stores/buildings nearby. The hotel is old but well-kept and well-presented. The room I stayed in was conformable and clean. Since I was traveling alone, the see-through glass wall in the bathroom was kind-of nice and made the bathroom looks more spacious. Did not have time for buffet breakfast but took a quick look at it and it seemed there was a good variety of both Western and Asian food options. Complimentary WiFi was good throughout the hotel.

Close to Tianfu Square

This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing or business in Chengdu, close to Tianfu Square and Metro Line 2. The rooms are OK. Everything is clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Weeklong business trip to Chengdu

I stayed at Yinhe hotel for 6 nights. Excellent breakfast for 50RMB. Convenient location close to Tianfu square subway (7 min walk) and some attractions (Daci temple district and Chunxi Road). Gym with outdoor pool. Reasonably priced. Definitely will stay again.

close to shopping options

shopping options were excellent. Air quality is not good. Buffet was far too heavy on Asian guests, Western guest menu was pretty much ignored. Comfortable lobby, but getting very old and worn with little upkeep maintenance attention. Have stayed there off and on for past 5 years. Each time is noticed wearing out. Initially 5 years ago, excellent staff, quite professional and pleasant. Recent stay illuminated that the former staff had all gone, current staff level is like they are hiring lowest domination. From out right ignoring guests to rude to argumentative if a mistake was noted in the restaurant billing. Warning: watch your food receipt closely! One wonderful exception, one of the restaurant female servers made consistent to be courteous and professional in conduct, but clearly jealous management harassed her in plain sight of guests, quite often.

位置很方便，房間看出去的視野也很好。職員很友善，常面帶笑容。但房間設施較舊，有不少歲月的痕跡。房間內的椅子、地毯上有不少污跡，電視機是老舊的盒式電視，洗手間初時入住有極大異味。
