The property is old and it looks nothing like the picture it’s showing online. When request to extend the stay for one more night, the hotel asked you to make another separate booking which is so unnecessary while they have availability. Staff are not helpful and misleading informations are given.

部屋が綺麗で良かった

地下鉄2路線が使える春熙路駅の目の前で大変便利です。すぐ近くにコンビニもあります。部屋は広くてとても綺麗です。アメニティも完璧、タオルもふかふかでした。 強いて言えば窓の防音があまり良くなかったようで、近くで夜中に工事をしていて重機の音がうるさいのが気になりましたが、総じて快適に過ごせました。フロントやクリーンスタッフの方々も感じが良かったです。

成都でいちばん賑やかな場所にありロケーションは最高です。伊勢丹ともホテルから直接行けますので食事はとても楽です。設備は少し古さが目立つ様になりましたが、快適に過ごすことが出来ます。フロントが狭くチェックイン、チェックアウト時に混雑する事があります。

交通、繁華街に近いホテル

1人旅に利用で安心なホテルを探し 以前から気になっていた当ホテルに決めました。横断歩道を渡る事なく地下鉄に行けます。伊勢丹と繋がっていて便利で安心でした。滞在中の誕生日の晩 ホテルに戻ると ケーキが置かれていて感動しました。快適で お心遣いのあるこのホテル 又の機会に是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。
