Avoid booking with Q Stay Properties. From the moment we checked in, most of the apartment had an electrical issue. As a result, we had no usable kitchen, laundry or Wi-Fi for the entire stay. Maintenance managed a temporary fix that lasted a day before the same issue returned. Despite reporting it immediately, the electrical fault was never resolved before we checked out. Customer service was frustrating. Emails were often ignored until late in the afternoon, leaving no opportunity to respond before the office closed. We repeatedly had to chase updates, and promised callbacks didn't happen. We were eventually offered an alternative apartment in a different location with poor reviews, which wasn't an acceptable replacement for what we'd booked. The apartment was also in poor condition. The sofa and kitchen extractor fan were broken, the bathroom tap leaked, the carpets were dirty, and the bedding consisted of thin throws instead of proper duvets. Overall, it was tired, poorly maintained and not fit for the standard advertised. The building itself is in a great location, and the common areas and pool are well maintained. My recommendation would be to book an apartment in this building through Mantra rather than Q Stay, as the location is excellent but the management of this property was not.

This was the best GC apartment we have stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable with great outlooks. It was located in a convenient location and the apartment is well maintained.

Great ocean view, clean room, excellent location. Outdoor and indoor spa, steam room and sauna was good too.
