Fast, easy check in. Clean comfortable room that was nicely appointed. Very convenient well lit walk to the venue I was in town for. Felt very safe when I got back to the property at a late hour and had to be let in the front by staff. This will be my go-to for a Downtown Chattanooga stay from now on.

When we arrived, they said our room was cancelled by Expedia at 3:00 pm. I knew this was not true. I received emails throughout the day from Expedia giving directions to the hotel, asking how things were going etc. Even though the room was PAID for in advance, they cancelled my reservation and blamed Expedia. Poor management. Check your reservations and confirmations LaQuinta.
