The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Uneventful, which is what one needs on long trips.

Older but maintained. Looks newly renovated. Beds were very comfy. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. My unit was on the back side upper unit. Very quiet. Cafe on site was very good and reasonable price.

The staff was unfriendly and not willing to accommodate. Booked two rooms at same time and they placed on extreme opposite ends of hotel. Unwilling to give room next door that was vacant. Refused to let me speak to GM of hotel. Cleaning staff straightened up room but don't believe sheets were changed from previous guests. AVOID THIS HOTEL!! Horrible experience!!!!

Room was clean and quiet. The location is close to I24 exit and near many food options: a good place to stay while traveling.

As I have stayed in virtually all the chain motels over 65 years I would not have chosen this location had I known it was pretty much like a I'm dead tired and been driving all day, and it's the only room left in town I'll take it. This was the first time visiting this area to play in a community golf tournament I selected the motel on the internet. Definitely a poor room for a pretty big amount for what is received. Too many nits and grits to cover. Will say that if you call me I would tell you all the reasons why I will not select Best Western in the future.

The hotel was clean the beds were very comfortable the pool was nice and clean this was a very nice hotel and the price was great

Quick stay while traveling for business, great restaurant.

Nice clean hotel. Confortable bed for a quick nights stay. Staff friendly. Restaurant on premises. It's right off the highway.

The carpet was sticky and needs to be cleaned, the bed that my kids were in was infested with bugs. Not sure if they were bed bugs but they were filled with blood. Very dissatisfied with my stay !!

Second time here should say it all. Very nice hotel very friendly staff and nice restaurant attached.

We were there for a softball tournament. Didn't spend much time in too, Other than to sleep.

I stay here a lot and it's a great value for Chattanooga if you want to be close to the interstate and Hamilton Place. My only advice is try to pick a room not near the restaurant. It's open 24 hours and people can get a little loud in the parking lot at night. Nothing too bad, just some squealing tires in the parking lot and loud conversations. Overall the staff is great!

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff but the restaurant within the hotel was great! I'd go back.

The entire experience was excellent. Since the room rate was so low we were uneasy. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The entire hotel was non-smoking. The room was updated and elegant and comfortable . This hotel has a City Cafe Diner. One of two restaurants in Chattanooga . If you love good food and lots of it that is your place to go. With a 10% discount for hotel guests this restaurant aims to please. We are picky eaters and this restaurant met our requirements . Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Chattanooga .

On our adventure from the Mississippi's Delta to Virginia's Appalachia, we encountered cloud burst after cloud burst (not rain, but terrincial down pours!). By the time we arrived in Tennessee, we were ready for a break. And the family dog let us know she was done for the day. Finding pet friendly commendations was a little challenging, but the BW website confirmed the Hertige BW would welcome pets. And it did! The front desk clerk was a dog lover and was as concerned for our dogs comfort as any other guest. Rooms were wonderful...our dog gave it the paws up!

After 8+ hours on the road, driving in constant rain, the BW felt like an oasis in a sand storm. Clerk was friendly and helpful; gave us good recommendations for food and local attractions. Room was clean and the perfect temp...light was on as if someone were waiting for us. Felt warm and cozy. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water! Very good choice for the trip. Good job Mom!

I was kind of nervous booking this place for the price. I looked at other reviews and went with it. No regrets! It's clean, it's nice, employees are nice and it has a diner attached to it. Not only is the diner convenient but the food was good, too. I would definitely stay here again!

Beds terrible Pillows terrible Carpet filthy Tv sucked Tv programming sucked also

I had already paid for our rooms when we booked our stay, but the desk clerk charged me again when we checked in even though he said everything was already taken care of. When I realized two hours later what had happened, I went back to the desk and he apologized and said the night manager would be reversing the charges when she came in. Other than that hiccup, our stay was great! The room was very clean and comfortable; we would definitely stay there again!
