Fantastic staff and so very accommodating. I had an issue and I went to Janelle at the desk and she was amazing. Contacted the supervisor and I got one night free. I was not expecting this level of service. It was wonderful. All the staff from the cleaning staff to the front desk were absolutely amazing. Rooms were super clean. I was impressed.

It was conveniently located near 401. The ice water with lemon upon entry on a hot day was most welcome. Breakfast was very good. Nice hot showers.

The staff was very friendly and gave us the heads-up that they had a kids baseball team staying there. We had a ground floor room and could park our car right outside our room, which made it easy for moving our luggage.
