Completely renovated in 2017, this classic Cape is the perfect Chatham beach house. Offering an open flow layout with five bedrooms, the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to town as well as Harding's Beach. The main level features an en-suite master, an additional bedroom, a family room, an eat in kitchen and a cathedral beamed living room with fireplace, half bath and laundry hook-up. Above are three more bedrooms and a full bath. The living spaces seamlessly blend outdoors with a large outdoor patio and nearly a half-acre of yard space. The whole family will love the out-door space with fire-pit and corn hole as well as a Foosball table! It features plenty of upscale outdoor furniture too!
