Stunning four-bedroom home located in the heart of Chatham...tucked away in the Old Village section of town, you can walk to everything!

All that downtown Chatham has to offer, including the shops, ice cream, restaurants, and the summertime Friday Night Band Concerts, are only about a 1/2 mile stroll down picturesque Main Street. Take a short walk in the opposite direction, and find yourself right at Lighthouse Beach...the best of both worlds! This gorgeous home offers a spacious open floor plan on the main floor, with new living room furniture, that opens up to a large deck and screened-in porch, great for a bug-free evening. It features a Queen en-suite master on the first floor and an en-suite King bedroom on the 2nd floor. The second-floor en-suite master also has a Twin Trundle, and there are two more bedrooms and a full bath. Downstairs in the lower level, you will find more living space and two bunk beds, perfect for the kids, as well as another full bathroom.
