On the ground floor of a secure residence with bicycle storage, tennis courts, and a swimming pool (open July-August subject to Covid-19 health regulations), this one-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and is in excellent condition.
Entrance with storage, living area (with flat-screen TV and sofa bed), dining room with a table for 6, fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, electric stovetop, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), bedroom with a double bed opening onto a balcony, bathroom with washing machine, and toilet.
The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Rencontre avec le propriètaire......
et je lui ai suggéré d'ajouter un fauteuil dans la partie salon, de penser à changer le matelas du lit (trop dur!!!)....et éventuellement de supprimer la baignoire et remplacer par une douche. VOILA.....quelques aménagements qui offrir plus de confort.
