Hi Robin, we are renovating and due to the size of the property being absolutely huge, we are doing one room at a time. This week alone the entire upstairs has had the hardwood floors restored -they are now gleaming beautifully. Our rates are not expensive when compared to any of our neighbors, however we all have our different tastes and preferences. My husband and I have put our hearts into the property and try our utmost to make our guests feel welcome and have a special and memorable visit.
