.The hotel was under renovations and should of been blocked off by area or not rented due to the conditions of the rooms and still charge the high price. just because the demand for rooms in the area is no reason to have poor conditions for the renter. I have stayed the before along time ago but don't think I will return under current management.
TV didn't work. Beds are soft. Very mediocre breakfast. Not great value.
Breakfast food ran (egg & sausage) out quickly. Super slow in replenishment
The personnel was great very nice helpful and friendly. The only issue was that the heating make a loud noise and you have to turn it off to be able to sleep and it was quite cold not to have it on; so I had to turn it on for moments
HVAC system smelled very musty when the fan was turned on. Was not impressed with the breakfast.
Always love the staff. We really love to stay there. Only complaints....hot tub broken, waiting on a heater. The card reader for the door on the back entrance was broken. The door was locked and we had to go around to the front entrance. It is inconvenient with the dogs. It was really cold. Last time in December the heater was broken for the pool. It was ice cold. Other those minor things we love the Comfort Inn & Suites in Orange, VA.
Enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only wish the pool water was warmer! Can't wait to go back!

Our rooms were very clean room and there were no surprises. Everything was as promised and expected, The staff were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel in Orange, Va.
Very convenient for us travelling on Rt 15. Lovely room and good breakfast spread. Only negative was the wattage of light bulbs in the room...much too low to even be able to read at night. We will stay there again.
We had great weather and enjoyed seeing the President's homes.

The staff was efficient and friendly. The rooms were roomy, comfortable and clean. The indoor heated pool was lots of fun for the kids. The breakfast provided was about what one would expect at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again!
