Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and property during their stay. This includes the house, the yards, the back deck, and the waterfront area.

For your safety and our privacy, access is not permitted to the locked door leading to the attic or the hangar located across from the home.

Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the large back deck, soaking in the North Carolina sunshine and watching watching small planes land on a private runway in your backyard. The vast, grassy lawn is stunning and has a grill and fire pit for evening gatherings.

Private Runway: A private runway for small-engine planes is located behind the house. The planes are quiet and operate only during daytime hours. It's a fun and unique feature to watch! Please enjoy the walking trail behind the house, but for your safety, you must keep off the runway at all times.
Security: For your protection and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property monitoring the entrances and grounds.
