Welcome to Livin' Large, a stunning custom-built 8,000 sq. ft. estate tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac on nearly two acres of fully fenced-in land. Located on the shores of Lake Norman in Mooresville, this spectacular property offers total privacy, panoramic water views, and high-end amenities designed for both relaxation and recreation.

From the moment you arrive, the setting invites you to slow down and enjoy. Sweeping lake views greet you through walls of glass as you step into the grand foyer. Just off the entry, a main-level queen bedroom offers convenience and comfort, while the open-concept layout unfolds into a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area ideal for group gatherings. The living room features two plush couches, a fireplace, and a large TV—framed by expansive windows overlooking the water. Step onto the screened-in porch and sink into the new outdoor sectional or chaise lounge, or gather around the dining table as the sun sets over the lake.

The chef's kitchen is both beautiful and functional, recently renovated with quartzite countertops and equipped with double ovens, a gas and electric stove, warming drawer, new dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals for your entire group. The adjacent square dining table comfortably seats 12 guests, perfect for long, laughter-filled dinners.
Also on the main level is the luxurious primary suite. This peaceful retreat offers lake and pool views, a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and an expansive en suite bath with dual vanities, a jetted soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the sleeping quarters continue with three additional bedrooms and a bonus sleeping nook at the end of the hall, complete with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. A king bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom offers both privacy and hall access, while another spacious room includes two queen beds and an en suite bath. The bunk room, designed with kids in mind, sleeps up to six with two queen beds, two twin beds, its own TV, and even a card table for late-night games.

Head downstairs to the heart of the home's entertainment space. The lower level features a stylish bar complete with five bar stools, a wine fridge, full refrigerator, and dishwasher. Kick back in the family room on the oversized sectional and catch the game or host a movie night on the large TV. Two additional king suites are also located here, each with their own en suite bathrooms and gorgeous lake views—one of which opens directly to the backyard. A tucked-away office offers two desks and a twin bed, just in case you need a quiet place to work (but we hope you don't!).

Step outside into your private backyard oasis. Designed for year-round enjoyment, the outdoor area features a luxurious pool with hot tub, tanning ledge, and serene lake views. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes two seating areas, ceiling fans, a built-in grill, mini fridge, and a mounted TV. Just steps away, the recently updated fire pit area invites everyone to gather and wind down under the stars—firewood provided.

Make your way down to the deep-water dock, where a covered boat slip and two jet ski ramps await. Guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, or exploring the lake with the four provided kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. With over 14 TVs throughout the home and outdoor spaces, you'll never miss a moment of your favorite game or show.
To top it all off, Livin' Large features a fully finished three-car garage converted into a climate-controlled game room—giving your crew even more room to play, rain or shine. An elevator is available upon request, providing accessibility and ease throughout all levels of the home.

📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
✨ Heated Pool Option ✨
Enjoy a warm swim! 💦 Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening. 🌴☀️
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
