Great customer service. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and as expected. Definitely do for remodel, which is happening. Shower needed major repair, and both sink and tub clogged up. Pool was closed.

The room was a dump. The overhead light appeared to be missing a bulb, the first room AC unit appeared feastered with mold or rust stains. i'm not sure the ac unit is real. It may not have a condensation line meaning it recirculates the water increasing CO2 bother people's allergies. I question if the unit is really a swamp cooler and i sproperly maintenanced. I guess you get what you pay for. Good think it didn't have carpet or else i wold have had to say elsewhere despite geteting there at 11 PM.

Good value, polite and professional staff

Staff was nice, polite and accommodating. Very professional. Room was clean, no noticable noise other than road traffic. For a quick, inexpensive overnight stay in a convenient (to central Monroe, on rte74) location, it fit the bill.
