4 bedroom 4 bath LakeFront home with two large open floor plans for entertaining. Sleeps up to 16!
Recently upgraded 3500 sq foot beautifully landscaped lake home with private dock, hot tub, built in fire pit and large outdoor deck overlooking a deep quiet cove . Our home is five minutes from major shopping and restaurants and 10 minutes to the Brawley street area.
This waterfront home with boat rentals, private dock, hot tub, two full kitchens, and over 3500 square feet comfortably sleeps up to 16 people! This home is beautifully designed and recently renovated with high end finishes and multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.
Our home is perfect for one or two families that love watersports, relaxation and the great outdoors. The main floor has a spacious open floor plan which is perfect for gathering with your family and friends. The Great room has a beautiful gas fireplace with a stone mantle and 60 inch ROKU television. There is a charming deck with french doors overlooking the lake, perfect for coffee in the morning or a cocktail at 5! The custom kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances, cookware and tools that you need for your home away from home! The dining table seats 8 -10 people comfortably and folding tables and chairs are provided for additional entertaining. There is a half bath on the first floor and a game room with Air Hockey, a Pool Table and foosball. There is also a half court basketball court outdoors.
The beautiful Main floor Master bedroom has a custom ensuite with rainfall shower heads as well as a plenty of closet space . There are two bedrooms upstairs. The first has a Queen size bed with a ROKU tv , the other has two full size beds. Both bedrooms share a large full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The spacious laundry room with Maytag appliances is also housed on this level.

Downstairs features a full kitchen, wet bar, dining area and a large family room equipped with a 60 inch Roku TV. French doors open to a tremendous deck area overlooking the lake with a jacuzzi, and many couches to engage with family. Enjoy the views of Lake Norman from our delightful porch swing. There is another Master king bedroom with a queen sized trundle and an ensuite bath also with a rainfall shower. There is a ROKU TV in the king bedroom.
Our home has a propane gas grill. Propane is provided and will be on site. All linens and towels are stocked and included at no additional charge.
Kayaks and Paddle boards are offered for all to enjoy! Life jackets are provided. There is a Boat rental available exclusively to our guests upon request.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving week at this wonderful home. The area was quiet, close to all amenities with easy access. The home had 3 levels of living that provided separation as needed and plenty of togetherness. The husband was able to watch the Macy's Parade on a big TV and I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. The double oven was a big plus! The kayaks and life vests were fun to use and there is plenty of outdoor seating. Firewood was available for the fire pit and we used the grill one evening for an easy meal. Doreen answered multiple questions before we arrived and the property manager John was just a text away for onsite questions. Overall it was just great!! Thank you!!

Perfect vacation

We had a great time. Kids spent entire time fishing and kayaking. I think the television was only on once. Communication was great. We had two good days on the boat. We were able to sit by the fire everynight. Very relaxing, peaceful vacation.

This was handy, having 3 floors for 3 families. We were able to be together yet maintain boundaries when needed. As in naps for young children or older adults. Game room and basketball kept teens entertained. Use of boat slip appreciated.

Spacious property with great views!

The property is well maintained, with different living and outdoor spaces to accommodate a large group. We enjoyed relaxing by the water and had a great time in the converted game room. The house was clean and all the amenities in the listing were included. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

We couldn’t have chose anywhere better to stay while visiting my son who lives down there! Doreen was absolutely amazing with communication and so was Joe the property manager. Amazing Family Week

Highly recommend this beautiful Lake Norman home. The house was beautifully furnished and immaculate. My adult children and grandchildren absolutely loved all the things the house provided for our stay. The game room, the swing and the gorgeous deck. We also enjoyed the fire pit and kayaking on the lake. The house is very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out and six Grandchildren to play. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. We cannot speak highly enough about our host and hostess. They Provided great communication And were overall amazing. We definitely will return. We thank them for allowing us to utilize their beautiful lake home.

Perfect getaway!

This property was exactly as advertised. Our family had a wonderful time making memories at the lake house, riding in kayaks, and playing games at night. We were pleased with the cleaniness of the home and amenities provided. Donna was extremely helpful with boat rental suggestions, along with gym and restaurant recommendations. Donna was quick to reply to questions we had leading up to our visit. We cannot wait to plan our next trip to the lake house!

The listing advertised 5 bedrooms but when we arrived, there were only 4 bedrooms. This was a big deal since the guests included couples and families that required their own space. One of the king beds was a poster bed with 3 of the 4 posts broken and falling off which could have been deadly to the toddler staying in the room. The owner and property manager sent a handy man to remove them but didn't think it was a safety issue or a big deal even though the handy man agreed it was very unsafe. There was also some issues with the cleaning that was done prior to our arrival e.g. dog poop on the deck, garbage under beds and furniture, etc. After all this, the owner did not respond to my request to a partial credit to compensate us.

Overall, great stay.

The communication with the owner was great. Check-in process was simple. We communicated with someone different on the boat rental; however, it worked out great and we had a wonderful day on the lake. The boat was also not docked at the house the entire week. It was there for about 24 hours (for our rental date), which allowed us to swim off the dock. On the surface level, the house was very clean. The reason I took 1 star off is because the house did need a deep clean. For instance, with kids, we lost things under the beds. It was very dusty/dirty under them. The kitchen also needs a good clean, such as the silverware drawer, pot holders, and cabinets/items that get used frequently. Because the couch is light colored it also needed cleaned. It had dirt spots and water marks from previous renters. I understand most hired cleaners only do a surface clean. The location was great. Close to lots of places to eat/shop. Traffic could be a pain at times, but that’s no fault of the owner. The community where the house was was very quiet. We rarely heard or saw any neighbors. The deck/patio was great. The yard is not entirely fenced however. There is an opening to go up the stairs to the garage. There should be a gate there to consider it fully fenced, as kids and dogs could escape up the steps. Our biggest complaint was the house is only 4 bedrooms, not 5 as listed. The downstairs has 1 bedroom with a king bed and trundle. Overall, we had a great stay. Very kind owners!

Family Getaway

We spent 4 nights at this property with our family of 10 (7 adults, 3 kids) for our annual vacation. Loved the house and the provided amenities - clean, roomy, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay. For water access the property is perfect, located on a quiet inlet. The inlet allowed our family to safely and comfortably swim in the lake and use the provided kayaks/paddleboards, but wasn't far from the open water for boating. For younger kids there's a nearby playground/splash pad called Hope Park that was a great amenity too. We would definitely book another stay here for a future trip to Lake Norman! One minor complaint is that the property listing at the time of booking showed 5 bedrooms, but due to recent interior renovations, it's actually only 4 bedrooms. The house still sleeps 16, but if more than 8 adults/4 couples are traveling in your group, some will need to share bedrooms or sleep on couches in the living room if they want their own space.

Our family had a great vacation. The house was extremely clean and accommodating. The included kayaks and paddle boards were perfect for this area of the lake. The property manager was very responsive throughout. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Amazing house

Our family of 11 stayed for three nights in this wonderful house!! The outdoor space is incredible, the house is completely updated and there is plenty of space for a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and we would book again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and functional home

This property is fantastic! The house is clean, tastefully furnished, and easily accommodated 8 adults. The outdoor area is particularly remarkable, providing ample spaces for relaxation and socializing. Our favorite spots included the deck off the living room, the very large and comfortable swing, and the cozy fire pit area by the water. The string lights around the backyard are a great touch as well. The fenced backyard is perfect for guests with dogs. We also loved the game room in the garage where we spent a couple rainy days. Additionally, the master bedroom and bath were beautiful and comfortable. We found the location to be very convenient being near grocery stores and restaurants. We rented a pontoon boat from the owners a couple days and it was great and easy to use.

Family Thanksgiving time

Perfect Bedroom space to accommodate 5 adults and 3 children and Thanksgiving and meal prep space with one full and one smaller kitchen with 2nd oven. Game room fun for children, fire pit to enjoy and multiple tvs for Thanksgiving football of course.
