Entering the market as a vacation rental in the spring of 2025, Landing At The Lake is an amazing craftsman style house will offer you all of the amenities you could imagine as you reconnect with your friends & family on beautiful Lake Norman.

The moment you walk into the front door, you'll see the immediate attention to detail with beautiful exposed wooden beams & woodwork, stone fireplace and a wall of windows that brings your eyes right to the lake! The flow is ideal with a completely open kitchen, dining and family room on the main floor. Ready to entertain or get competitive? Head to the lower level and challenge your friends and family to a game of shuffleboard or pick your favorite classic arcade game to dual it out! The lower level family room includes a beautiful 85" Samsung Frame TV.

.....and then the best part, the outdoor entertaining is top of the line! Step outside and enjoy the heated pool (April 15th thru October 15th), hot tub, gas fire pit, cornhole boards and a outdoor kitchen area with SMART TV, ceiling heaters and retractable screens - and a ton of space to sit, relax, entertain and enjoy the amazing views! Ready to get out on the water? Head down to the private dock or take one of the kayaks or paddleboards that are provided with the property at no additional cost!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

The house is everything the pictures show. Our grandkids spent many hours enjoying the pool, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware etc. Bedrooms were spacious as was all the living areas. Truly awesome vacation with the family!
