Welcome to Lake Norman Living! Be one of our first guests to this wonderful two level home with a private heated pool & separate hot tub! This home is loaded with amenities including a converted game room garage with ping pong, foos ball and shuffleboard table - and with 1 of the 6 SMART TVs located throughout the home! Enjoy a nice, relaxing trip on the lake through one of the four kayaks provided free to our guests - two adult and 2 youth kayaks - or turn up the competition with a game of corn hole! At night, settle in near the firepit and reconnect with your friends and family! Have a boat or jet ski - pull up and tie them up to the private dock.....or interested in renting a Tritoon? Let us know as we have a partner that will deliver the boat to the dock and pick it up when your reservation is complete - super convenient!

House was great, kitchen was pretty well-equipped and had everything we needed. The pool and dock were great and the host was quick to come out and take a look at the pool when there was a minor issue. Few minor repairs are needed but maybe it's because we rented at the end of the season .
