Great location close to waterfront
We spent long weekend at that house and we feel home. This property has all you need to cook (dinner, breakfast or other meal), own laundry room, 3 bedrooms are stuff with pillows and blankets. Master bedroom maybe need some refresh project ( carpet, new bed and mattress). The same can be said about master bathroom. Living and dining room are spacious for large accommodation, we originally were supposed to use all room and due to sickness of friend end up staying only in primary bedroom. This is located about 3 minutes from waterfront, facility has a pool.

Property was extremely small. It's accommodation is listed for 8. In my opinion 4 to 5 guests would have been a more appropriate choice. Furniture is dated and is in desperate need of an upgrade.

Needs Deep Cleaning
We rented the property in April for a vacation in July and a vacationer noted that in May the property needed a deep cleaning which was not done. The carpets and furniture needed a steam cleaning. Island Realty was great and moved us to another property on 43 Ave 15 which was fantastic. Great place with a beautiful pool. We will definitely use Island Realty again!

House needs a serious deep clean
The house was livable. In other words, the floors, toilets, appliances were clean but the upholstery was filthy. Sofa looked as though someone had been walking all over it. Cobwebs were in almost all of the windows and the elevator smelled like feet. It was very bad. The exterior of the home needs to be pressure washed. I told the check our staff this upon leaving so, hopefully for the next guests, it will be cleaned. The proximity to the beach and the access to the pavilion are a major plus for the property. We enjoyed the front sunroom although not a single TV worked in the entire home and the WiFi password was incorrect. I had to contact maintenance for the new password.
