This host does EVERYTHING to insure a great stay. Instructions posted on everything from the WiFi to the shower. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils even salt and pepper shakers and a first aid kit. Apartment located in beautiful home with private access through garage. Located within 10 minutes of Interstate. Close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Thank you Shawn for your attention to detail.

Host was congenial and unobtrusive. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood and we found the rooms clean and tastefully decorated. We were looking for a clean, safe place to just get a good night's sleep and this was it. There is Roku TV and WiFi, not sure that was in the description. Very firm twin beds made for a restful sleep. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

I stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Charleston; it was a great decision! The host was friendly and communicated well. The room and bathroom were very clean. Check-in process was very simple. Location was close to everyplace that we needed to go. Room was small as listed in other reviews- just something to be aware of when you book. The room size was not an issue for us as we were out and about a lot. Wi-fi worked well. Host was very nice.
