Quaint, cozy, just right for an overnight stay. We were first time visitors to Charleston and we wanted something small and close to downtown. This place fit the bill! Super easy to get to, ultra quiet neighborhood. Checked ourselves in promptly at 4:00 pm per instructions and rested from all day walking. For a no worry night out, we had a ride-share from here to La Farfalle and back - just a fifteen minute ride for reservations at 5:30pm then back to the property by about 7:45pm. Host provides snacks and tea/coffee although we did not avail ourselves of them due to being stuffed from eating most of the day! Host also provided a three ring binder of personal recommendation for things to do. So thoughtful!

We loved our stay! Teresa was very kind and accommodating, and the locations was perfect! If you turn right on Folly Road out of the neighborhood you run into Folly Beach within 15 minutes…if you turn left on Folly Road you’ll be in downtown Charleston in 10 minutes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Teresa!!

Perfect location.

Teresa has created a neat little space that's well decorated and very clean. I liked the little semi secluded patio area that was cool to hang out in full shade. The location was just 17 minutes from Folly Beach with plenty of restaurants nearby as well.
