'Authentic and Cosy' Gîte with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Charbonnières-les-Vieilles, in the heart of the Combrailles and just 15 minutes from the A89 toll, this authentic gîte offers 190 m² of comfortable space for up to 12 guests. You will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in a renovated old farmhouse, featuring a warm atmosphere and a fireplace to enhance your evenings. The fully equipped private kitchen allows you to prepare your meals as you wish. Amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a television, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, two high chairs, and a baby bed for families.



Enjoy a private garden and an uncovered terrace with a barbecue for outdoor meals in a peaceful setting. Children will love discovering llamas, horses, cows, and sheep nearby, while hiking trails and woods offer beautiful walks in the surroundings.



Four shared parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are welcome, provided you supervise their behavior. Events are allowed on site. A bicycle storage room is at your disposal. The ground-level access ensures easy movement throughout the gîte.
