In the heart of Puy-de-Dôme, this unique and welcoming cottage for 6 people welcomes you to a preserved natural setting with unobstructed views of the surrounding landscapes. An ideal place to reconnect with what matters most, with family or friends. Designed as a passive house, this building with bold architectural lines combines contemporary comfort with an ecological commitment. Lime plaster, local wood, bio-sourced materials: every detail reflects a true environmental awareness. With its warm living space, open to nature, this cottage offers a unique experience, both restorative and inspiring. And to make it all even more enjoyable: the welcome from the owner, passionate about his place and his way of life, matches the decor. Warm and curious, he will be happy to chat with you and share his inspirations in a friendly and friendly atmosphere. The cottage is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - a living room-kitchen - a separate toilet - a shower room - a bedroom with a king-size bed - a bedroom with a queen-size bed - a library area Upstairs, accessible by a spiral staircase: - an attic bedroom with two single beds and one queen-size bed (2 additional guests are welcome free of charge) Outside: - accessible from the kitchen: a covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue - at the entrance: a covered outdoor area with a relaxation lounge Private parking in front of the entrance to the accommodation (minimum 3 spaces). To enhance your stay, a partial reconstruction of an old forge has been created for educational purposes. It allows you to discover the artisanal heritage of the place and offers a unique perspective on the skills of yesteryear. The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
