Olive Garden Holiday Home steps to the Beach 2

Up to 3 people can comfortably stay in 40m2 of interior space. Our home is situated in the area of Chrysi Akti famous for its golden sandy beach and park ideal for walks and outdoor sports.

Just a few steps from the house there is a lovely park where you can enjoy running, jogging or just walking early in the morning while three more sandy beaches are within 5 min walking distance.

The flat offers one double bedroom plus living room area with a sofa that turns into a double bed. Both areas offer separate TVs and air condition units. There are an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. Shampoo, soap and other essentials/toiletries are provided. A washing machine is available in the house free for our guests to use.

You will definitely love the wonderful terrace with lawn paved garden to enjoy the warm and sunny weather before heading off to the local sights and nearby beaches!

Within walking distance, you will find the bus station (200 m.), 2 supermarkets (800 m), many restaurants and a pharmacy. In general, if you wish so you can just stay in the region.

You can find all kinds of services and shops around for a hassle-free stay. In case you want to take a trip, the exotic beach of Falassarna, the astonishing lagoon of Balos and the breathtaking Samaria gorge are highly recommended!

The house is situated in Chrysi Akti just a 5min walk from its famous beach and 3km away from Chania city center. The area offers a wide range of shops, services, cafes and restaurants, different organized beaches and sports facilities. 200m away you will find a bus stop.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
