Hotel Staff all very friendly and helpful Breakfast was perfect, nothing really that was missing. Rooms cleaned well every day, AC worked well. Breakfast was excellent every day of our 5 day stay. It was the cleanest hotel room we have seen. All the staff were helpful during our stay. Thalia was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us making reservations, giving directions and advice. She arranged for a car rental for us that was much cheaper than airport rates and they delivered the car to us at the hotel. We kept it during our whole remaining stay in Crete. We were very happy with Thalia’s suggestions. We took the airport bus to the main Chania bus station which is only a two blocks from the hotel. We liked the hotel so much we even extended our stay by another day. Excellent place to stay in Chania!!!

First of all the rooms are a good size if you compare it to European size hotels. This is not North America so don’t expect that. The rooms are modern, clean, and well appointed. The rooms do appear as stated on the website. Excellent location close to the old town and Chania harbor. It’s all walking distance. If you’re looking for a beach stay, then this is probably not the place for you. The staff are extremely kind and hospitable, and the breakfast changes on a daily basis. Excellent value all things considered. Lots of supermarkets close by in case you need anything. Highly recommend staying here in Chania!
