Mondethea is a newly built house located in a privileged location above Souda Bay with unobstructed panoramic sea and mountain views. The house was built in 2022 with a main focus on ergonomics and modern decoration.
We love our place and contact with the earth and nature. Coming from Cretan families, we grew up in the heart of Cretan hospitality and tradition. We love dancing and good Cretan food.
Our neighborhood, although it is located near the city center, maintains the feeling of the Cretan countryside
The villa is soundproofed and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The property was beautiful and the views were amazing! However, the functionality of the bathrooms was problematic, i.e. hanging bath towels and hand towels was not easy. Our stay was nice but overall we were not in a convenient location. The driving to and from the center of the city was tough. The parking at the house was not easy.

Beautiful property on a hill top with exceptional views of the ocean and town below. Inside new modern villa with spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Excellent water pressure in showers and sinks. Air conditioning worked well. Had all amenities with full kitchen. Close to Chania for shopping and restaurants. Check in and out very easy. Hosts friendly , helpful , and gracious. Arranged transfer to airport.
