The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit.

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel setting is truly beautiful and restful, and cleverly secluded. We had two adjacent rooms with a private pool. The breakfast was lavish and a pleasure each morning. What a beautiful property and what a beautiful, extreme professional staff the only exception is the swimming pool situation when I’m seeing kids defecating inside the pool and that was a turn off for the experience, not be able to use the pool because of what I’ve seen between dirty diapers and parents tried to hide the kids number one and number two it was very, very, very upsetting. Overall the hotel is very nice. but for that reason alone, I will never come there again, especially when it’s a vacation resort and I would like to use the facilities, especially the pool

The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff was unfailingly kind and helpful. The pool was a delight and the food was terrific.

Not to much in the surrounding area, but the hotel has most of what you need so not a big deal if you plan to spend most of the time at hotel.
