Almost a disastrous non-stay. I didn't get access at 9pm, even though I had notified my ETA in advance. No entry code sent out in advance. Notice pasted on the door gave an incorrect contact number. Only thanks to a resident exiting the locked front door did I get inside and see a notice with correct contact number.

Nous avons rencontrĂ© un problĂšme : l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait fermĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e vers midi 30 alors que la rĂ©ception Ă©tait supposĂ©e ĂȘtre ouverte de 8h Ă  22h. Lorsque nous sommes revenus vers 13h30, la personne Ă  l'accueil a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able. La chambre proposĂ©e disposant d'un grand lit alors que nous avions demandĂ© des lits jumeaux, une autre chambre nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©. Une petite rĂ©paration a Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©e dans la salle de bain (dont la porte devrait ĂȘtre rĂ©parĂ©e).
